(Time / Date Example: resource needed by the user at 8:30 AM on 4/15/13 and typically would be due back the same day.)
(Date Only Example: resource needed by user on 4/15/13 and would be due back the next day or later.)

3. Do you process Recurring Orders: semester, quarterly, etc.?

This functionality pertains to Time / Date (hourly) booking

4. Do you process Work Orders?

Example: Orders that include more than one item for the same date/time: such as a camera with accessories like a tripod and battery pack

5. Do you process Walk-ins (check-outs) with or without an existing reservation? 

6. In what manner do patrons submit requests / orders?

7. How far in advance are requests typically received?

8. Do you receive large batches of requests at certain times of the year?

Note: This should include any item that a user can order

Note: Master Item = title number for media resources or a primary item number for audio visual equipment, etc.

9. Are your patrons / users equipped with ID cards?

Example: user is checking-out an item and must swipe their ID Card to start the process

2. Does your facility utilize "remote" locations to store and / or distribute inventory from in addition to the main resource center?

Example: Items are stored in multiple locations to reduce steps and to facilitate the delivery process
